We are probably in one of the worse phases, as far as health and wellness are concerned. But from here the only way is to move forward. Tarot suggests, matters overall will start to improve, move in the right direction, although very slow, but it will move. A change of behaviour is extremely required and we might see it happening.  

 

Hold on to that line of hope, no matter however thin it is, and have faith. Try to find something optimistic each day. Stay protected, act responsibly.

Aries (21st March - 20th April)

Giving that much required time to recovery is important. For all those who have been recovering from an illness. Your health should be getting better. If anticipating any test results, it might not disappoint you. Yes, distancing yourself from others is recommended for you; along with it give yourself time to heal. You wouldn’t want to worsen the situation (as bad as hospitalisation) by not taking the required precaution. Avoid travelling. 

 

Taurus (21st April- 21st May)

Staying close to nature is suggested for this month. It is a good time to start with required lifestyle changes if you haven’t done that yet. If you may be suffering from any health issue, you could find a solution in your family history also. Work will be fine, do not worry about it; rather make the most and spend time with family. 

 

Gemini (22nd May - 21st June)

Seems like a lot is running on your mind and not all are good stuff. A need to stay calm is reflected. You are probably too rigid in your routine, which is nice unless it is causing unnecessary stress. Look at your health and lifestyle routine with a long-term routine. Consistency is the key. Also, take care of the health of elderly men in your house/ family.

  

Cancer (22nd June - 22nd July) 

Those of you planning for a family, this is a good period, for it. This month your health might be fine and balanced. If recovering from any illness then you may see things happening in a positive direction. Make the most of Summer, eat seasonal fruits and vegetables; and avoid food that generates heat. 

 

Leo (23rd July - 22nd August)

The phrase ‘your health is in your hands' might come out true for you this month. You may be taking good precautions, so this month, your health will be good. However, more of sitting at home might create a disturbance. Follow some exercises regime and stay active. Fear of health issues owing to overeating is also highlighted in the cards.  

 

Virgo (23rd August - 22nd September)

Suggestions on staying calm and not worrying too much continue from the previous month. Continue or start with a new health regime. It is not only required for your physical but mental health. Set practical goals and you may reach those. Those who have been following healthy practices will feel light and cheerful. Also, a need to reduce processed food and consume natural food is clearly indicated in your diet. Homegrown food will be the best, if possible. 

 

Libra (23rd September - 22nd October)

It seems your health situation is slightly better than the previous month. However, you may still have sleepless nights. External factors might cause headaches, anxiety, or even migraine. Too much thinking and no solution will only increase your stress. This month, it is very important to ensure you reboot yourself and take a break from things piling up. Try to meditate, every day. If recovering from any illness, then recovery could be slower than you expect, but it will happen. For women, there could be a hormones-related imbalance, get it checked. Avoid self-medication, take experts advice. Avoid alcohol. 

 

Scorpio (23rd October- 22nd November)

You may feel trapped, but you know this s for your own good. Look back in the past and you know what had healed you in the past and if you should try the same solutions/ knowledge. In case of any existing illness, recovery will get faster. In April, it was suggested that you start with a new exercise regime. This month again cards show, it's not too late if you haven’t already started with it, but please do.     

 

Sagittarius (23rd November - 21st December)

You may regain your energy and get back a renewed sense of strength. However, you may need more time to recover completely, so give that time to yourself, to heal. Do not be too harsh on yourself. For those who see any symptoms, don’t leave ignore. Be careful of hurting or injuring your knee/s. It seems that you are looking forward to life and planning for the future. Positive period to conceive continues from the previous month.

 

Capricorn (22nd December - 20th January)

You may experience a renewed energy, this month. The credit goes to your diet and staying stress-free as well. Continue to stay in this happy state of mind. However, do not get excited and over-indulge yourself, whether it is partying (even at home), or eating or drinking, or even negative thoughts that could keep hovering over your mind. Take good care and all required precautions, as there’s also a possibility of pregnancy-related issues.

 

Aquarius (21st January - 18th February)

Probably you have isolated yourself, which is good but ensure it doesn’t affect you emotionally or mentally. You may have to continue with staying indoors or isolated. Focus on getting some good sleep. Do not let external (people’s talk, official matters, news, gossip, etc) factors affect your sleep. Do not be very harsh on yourself or your body. If you do not concisely practice staying away from unwanted stuff, you might let anxiety grow on you. For some, hospitalisation is also indicated in this month. Take care.    

 

Pisces (19th February - 20th March)

There’s a lot happening that’s kind of pushing you towards a dark cave. You may be focussing a lot on negativity. This is certainly not helping. Do not let it get onto you, or you might run a risk of getting into depression. I would have suggested a holiday, but considering the current situation, maybe just taking a week-long leave from work or staying away from social media could help. Distract yourself with the good things that life gives you. If suffering from any illness or injury, you might see speedy progress.
